I found out the other day that drop bears aren't real. I feel so gypped by the universe. Also, stupid, like that one time at girls' camp when everyone went snipe hunting and I pretended I knew the joke but I really didn't but I was lots older than everyone else and it was embarrassing so I gave everyone knowing looks and followed the prankers around until I figured out what the joke was.
Anyways...now that I think about it, drop bears are really unrealistic sounding. In my defense, I didn't believe when I first heard about them, so I looked until I found a legit-looking website that confirmed my fears. Apparently, I didn't look hard enough, because they were lying to me.

I'm kind of sad. Drop bears were probably the coolest possible deadly animal in my opinion. On the plus side, maybe I'll be able to go to Australia now because I won't be so terrified.
